1000hr Divinitree Teacher Training
and Mentorship with Ann Averbach
Are you ready to come on an adventure, take your yoga practice to the next level, and immerse yourself in the true teachings of Yoga. The Divinitree 1000 hour teacher training is based on the completion of our 500 hour training (or another 200 hour plus our 300ytt). Upon completion of our 500 hour training, you can apply for the 1000 hour track. This is a choose your own adventure and mentorship course to complete the extra 500 hours. We require assisting at 3 retreats and 2 trainings. It also includes a 6 pack of mentorship sessions directly with Ann, and a final project which you design and we help you to complete. There are 3 book reports required and these will be chosen based on our meetings and the particular track of expertise that you wish to pursue. This is a training for those looking to lead their own retreats and trainings, and we find that mentorship and experience are incomparable tools for learning on the ground experience. Our program focuses on learning intelligent sequencing and how to create theme based, peak pose, and well rounded classes. We offer a thorough introduction to the eight limbs of yoga. As a vinyasa training, we focus on asana, alignment, and physical anatomy, but that is just the beginning. We have comprehensive pranayama and tantric breathwork practice offered daily as well as an introduction to the subtle body, the chakras, the vayus, Ayurveda, Indian and Andean philosophy. As a studio owner who has helped many yoga teachers evolve, Ann is passionate about sacred commerce and the business of yoga as well for those who want to make teaching yoga their career. For those looking to uplevel their health, go on a journey of the heart, and create their daily sadhana, this training is an amazing experience whether or not you aspire to teach.

Assist on 3 retreats and one yoga training - Depending on the retreat, 1000 hour student teachers will pay the base cost and have the opportunity to offset costs through commissions from referrals. You will be highlighted as a guest teacher and assistant in the retreat and get to learn the ropes from the backend without any risk from launching your own retreat. Cost varies depending on the location. This training provided invaluable experience that will help you to have success when you’re ready to launch your own offerings.
